🔧 What You'll Do:
• Own and maintain the VanaraSpices website (currently on Wix Editor), ensuring optimal performance, speed, and uptime
• Lead the redesign or migration of the site as we scale — potentially to a more robust e-commerce platform
• Build and enhance product pages, landing pages, blog pages, and promotional campaign pages
• Integrate third-party tools including payment gateways, CRM, email/SMS marketing platforms, and analytics
• Optimize the site for SEO, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals
• Collaborate with the marketing team on seasonal promotions, new product launches, and brand campaigns
• Implement A/B tests and use data to improve conversion rates and user experience
• Ensure website security, compliance, and accessibility standards are met

✅ What We're Looking For:
• 4+ years of hands-on web development experience
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern framework (React, Vue, etc.)
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Wix, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar)
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices and web performance optimization
• Familiarity with API integrations and headless commerce concepts is a plus
• Strong eye for design, UX, and brand consistency
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
